OWNN is a professional coaching program for growth and goals in leadership and career. It's built for the moment when you're ready to stop waiting for clarity to arrive on its own, and start building it — deliberately, one decision at a time.

Created and led by Harley Gervais — lawyer, former Justice of the Peace, mediator, and founder of The G-Eight — OWNN draws on more than 20 years of navigating high-stakes decisions, complex transitions, and the real work of leading with integrity. It is coaching grounded in lived judgment, not theory.

  • 4 weeks · for when you can't yet name what needs to change

    Three private coaching sessions plus a closing integration session, a full career assessment, and the core OWNN tools to help you name what you actually want and identify what's been holding you back — culminating in a personal Clarity Report and a clear next direction.

  • 3 months · for when you have clarity but no plan, or no follow-through

    Eight private coaching sessions, a kick-off strategy intensive, a mid-point review, and a closing session — built around a written, personalized 12-month roadmap for your career or leadership path, plus ongoing support between sessions to keep you accountable.

  • 6 months · for when you're ready for a complete transformation in how you lead and grow

    Sixteen private coaching sessions, a VIP visioning intensive, a mid-program reset, and a graduation session — covering career strategy, leadership presence, mindset, and boundaries, and culminating in a comprehensive written OWNN Life Blueprint: your personal 3-year plan for your career and leadership.

  • Custom OWNN workshops and group programs for firms, chambers, courts, and organizations are also available on request.
