What We Offer
Arbitration Rates

$5,000 + HST per hearing day

$10,000 + HST per hearing day

$15,000 + HST per hearing day

Cancellations made less than 15 business days before the scheduled hearing incur a fee of 50% of the booked hearing rate + HST.
Unless otherwise advised, the cancellation fee is divided among the parties.

Each hearing day includes 6 hours of hearing time.
Additional fees may apply for case preparation (document review, conferences, motions, etc.), travel, and deliberation and award drafting
